What are you taking on in the world?

That I can develop my own alternative way of being in the world is not only revolutionary when you think about what that might actually mean, it is even more powerful when you take it out of the context of being where you are right now! Tracy Goss in my opinion has written a book that actually makes huge, important and significant changes possible by identifying how we're limited by the context within which we live, within which all humans live - referred to as the universal human paradigm, so present most of us not even cognizant of how deep it is within our bones/being. Not only does she high light that a paradigm shift is possible she articulates very clearly how to create that and how it looks in the world, in companies where that commitment to transformation lives. This is a powerful book. This is a book that not only will I recommend but that I will gift to those in my network who are taking on big challenges, inspired by what rocks their world!
